TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT LEVEL 1 - FRENCH/ ENGLISH

Timisoara

The context:

Our client, one of the biggest multinational companies is looking for 2 persons with network knowledge-, or similar experience in order to fulfil the Technical Support Agent roles, one with English and another with advanced French skills.


RESPONSIBILITES and TASKS:
  • Customer Request, failure or complaint Log in (via all communication channels)
  • If needed, create & forward ticket to level 2
  • Structured issue analysis via predefined questionnaire & setup replication
  • Give answers to known post/pre sales technical issues
  • Create knowledge base article & forward to level 2 for approval
  • Process online Chat
  • Process remote Support
  • Active contribution for product improvement
  • Collect log files & configuration files & databases
  • Set up and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Solve or forward configuration and application questions
  • Escalate serious complaints according to ST complaint process
  • Forward non post sales Tech Support issue to related department

REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Capability of technical issue description in French and English language
  • Fluently spoken and written of English/ French (Italian or German is a plus)
  • Persistent in collecting information
  • Smart and structured person with strong communication skills
  • Fast understanding of technical problems and good problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated; ability to work on own initiative in a pressure environment
